The 7 stanes is a fantastic network of mountain bike trails,from the Galloway hills to the borders.

Between them, there are about 400 km of trails through some of Scotlands finest settings and views.So bring a camera. 

The network have world class trails designed and built by some of the countries best.

The Dalbeattie set of trails are great for beginners and expert riders,Also the home of the SLAB, THE TERRIBLE TWINS, AND VOLUNTEER RIDGE.
